Grace E. Rist July 16, 1952 - June 22, 2024 Grace E. Rist, 71, of Bloomington, IL, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke. Grace was born in Normal, IL, on July 16, 1952, the daughter of William and Geneva (Conder) Rist. She is survived by her two nephews who she raised: Chris (Erin) Kelley, El Paso, IL, and Brian Kelley, Bloomington, IL. She is also survived by her cousin, Beverly Mulvaney; and her close friend, Pam Skeen both of Bloomington, IL; and her two cats: Ozzie and Lily. She was preceded by her parents and one sister. After graduating high school Grace joined the US Army in 1971 and served until 1974. After she left the Army she joined the Army National Guard, went to ISU graduating in 1979, and went to work for the Illinois Farm Bureau.
