Robert L. Wegman June 27, 1944 - June 23, 2024 NORMAL - Robert "Super Bob" L. Wegman, 79, of Normal, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Bob was born on June 27, 1944, in Fort Benning, GA, a son to Jack and Eleanor Schnell Wegman. He married the love of his life, Lynn Jochums, in 1990. Surviving are his loving wife, Lynn Wegman; beloved children: Benjamin Wegman and Elizabeth (Joseph DiDonato) Wegman; daughter-in-law, Lori (Gary Jeffers) Wegman; grandsons: Jack Wegman and Carter Wegman; and brothers: Ronald (Wini) Wegman and Richard Wegman. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Jason Wegman. Bob served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He received a Master of Library Science Degree from University of Iowa and then a Master of Business Administration Degree from Illinois State University.
