"Larry" Tamburini, age 81, of Carmel, IN formerly of Normal, IL, passed away at 10:17 AM on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Rose Senior Living, Carmel, IN. Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Monday, July 1, 2024, at Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home, Bloomington, IL. His graveside service will be 2:00 PM Monday, July 1, 2024, at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Bloomington, IL. Rev. Mr. Gayle Cyrulik, Jr. officiating. A scholarship fund for varsity members of the NCHS boys' and girls' soccer programs will be established in memory of Larry and Darlene Tamburini and checks may be mailed to Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home, Bloomington, IL. Larry was born March 15, 1943, in Clinton, IL, the son of Frank and Kathryn Cray Tamburini. He married Darlene Bell on June 29, 1968, Tinley Park, IL. She passed October 22, 2019.
