Phyllis Joanna Cellini August 25, 1941 - July 6, 2024 BLOOMINGTON - Phyllis Joanna Cellini, 82, of Bloomington, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Luther Oaks, Bloomington. Her memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 26, 2024, at St. Patrick Church of Merna, where visitation will be one hour prior to services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home is assisting the family. Born August 25, 1941, to Marcel and Joanna (Szymkowiak) Rutkowski in Natrona, PA. The family moved to the Chicago Heights area where Phyllis graduated from Bloom Township High School and later married Anthony Cellini on June 17,1961, in St. Liborius Catholic Church, Steger, IL. Her husband brought them to Bloomington, IL, where she retired from the Law Office of Eitan Weltman. When she and her husband were not travelling, she volunteered for many years at the Center for Health at Ft. Jesse. She was a member of St. Patrick Church of Merna, McLean County HCE/Easts
