Marjorie Helen Badger November 9, 1920 - August 20, 2024 DANVILLE - Born in Monon, IN on November 9, 1920, Marjorie Helen Hornbeck Badger peacefully passed away on August 20, 2024, in Danville, IL, at a gracious 103 years of age. She was preceded in death by her five sisters: Geneva, Bonnie, Sara, Clara and Mary; two brothers: John and Joseph; daughter, Christine Louise Prideaux; son, James Bruce Badger; and her beloved husband of 66 years, Rev. W. Bruce Badger. Marjorie leaves behind a legacy of three living children: Anita Gay Norton of LeRoy, IL, Beth Marie Badger of Danville, IL, and Gloria Jan Badger of Vancouver, WA; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A graduate of Bloomington High School in 1938, Marjorie married Bruce in 1944, when they began their life on the road as traveling evangelists.
