Beverly "Bev" (Phinney) KingJuly 6, 1961 - March 14, 2025Beverly "Bev" (Phinney) King, of Lexington, Ill., passed away March 14th, 2025, at McLean County Nursing Home in Normal, Ill.A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19th, at Calvert-Johnson & Musselman Memorial Home in Lexington, Ill., from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Per Bev's wishes, she will enter eternal rest through cremation following the visitation. Calvert-Johnson & Musselman Memorial Home in Lexington is in charge of arrangements.Bev was born July 6, 1961, in Bloomington, Ill., the daughter of Chester E. and Kathleen M. Phinney.Like all of Chet and Kathy's children, she worked at the family restaurant, Kathy's Kitchen. She was formerly employed at Kmart in Bloomington; the manager at Phillips 66 in Chenoa, and bartended at local establishments.
